Teachers and parents play a crucial role in shaping students’ education, and their partnership is vital for student success. At Hibiscus International School, we recognize the importance of this collaboration and have implemented a Home Visits policy to strengthen the bond between teachers, students, and parents.
Home Visits provide a unique opportunity for meaningful collaboration, enabling teachers to gain deeper insights into each student’s individual needs and offering parents a closer connection to their child’s education and educators.
Class teachers take the lead in these visits and aim to meet with the families of every student in their class during the first semester. In some instances, subject teachers may also participate to offer additional support.
These visits serve as a platform for open communication, allowing parents to share feedback and address specific concerns. Beyond enhancing communication, they also promote active parental involvement in the educational journey of their children.
We look forward to meeting with you and working together to support your child’s success.
