We appreciate your interest in joining our school community. Please follow these steps to complete the application process:
- Collect the Application Form
Obtain the form from our Admissions Office. - Submit the Form and Fee
Return the completed form along with the non-refundable application fee of RM700.00 - Book a Placement Test
Schedule a suitable time for the Placement Test.* - Receive Placement Offer
Following the test, our Admissions Office will provide a placement offer along with a Registration Form. - Enroll and Begin Classes
Complete the enrollment process to officially join Hibiscus International School.
*The Placement Test ensures your child is placed at the appropriate level based on their knowledge and abilities.
Required Documents
Please ensure your application includes the following documents. Originals must be presented, along with one set of photocopies:
- Student’s birth certificate and/or identity card and/or passport.
- Student visa stamp on passport/entry permit (if applicable).
- Father’s identity card or passport and entry visa stamp (for non-Malaysians).
- Mother’s identity card or passport and entry visa stamp (for non-Malaysians).
- Student’s school records from the past two years (if applicable).
- School leaving certificate from previous schools attended (if applicable).
- Student’s School Records for the past 2 years (If applicable),
- Two recent passport-sized photographs of the student.
