MAXUD ISMOILOV
Maxud Ismoilov brings over 14 years of dedicated teaching experience to his role as Head of Secondary at Hibiscus International School. His expertise spans a wide range of educational levels and curricula, particularly within the Cambridge International framework. Originally from Tajikistan, Mr. Maxud embarked on his journey in education with a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Mathematics Education from the prestigious Middle East Technical University (METU), Turkey. He further refined his skills by earning a Master of Science in Mathematics from Tajik State Pedagogical University, Tajikistan.
Throughout his career, Mr. Maxud has demonstrated a profound commitment to teaching mathematics across various developmental stages, from lower primary to upper secondary levels. His proficiency extends to teaching specific Cambridge programs such as Cambridge Primary Checkpoint, Cambridge Lower Secondary Checkpoint, and IGCSE Mathematics. His passion for mathematics education is evident in his innovative teaching methods and ability to inspire students to excel.
As Head of Secondary, Mr. Maxud maintains high academic standards while fostering a supportive and engaging learning environment. His leadership ensures that students receive a well-rounded education that prepares them for future academic and personal success. Prior to joining Hibiscus International School, Mr. Maxud made significant contributions to the educational landscape at Dushanbe International School (DIS) in Tajikistan, where he played a pivotal role in shaping the mathematics curriculum and promoting academic excellence.
