Students Council or Students Government is curricular activity for students within secondary school at Hibiscus International School. Students with an academic excellence and with proper behavior are selected from each class to be a member of this activity at the school.

The Students Council serves to engage students in learning about democracy and leadership. The activity helps share students' ideas, interests, and concerns with teachers and school principals. Students usually help raise funds for school-wide activities, including social events, community projects, helping people in need and school reform.

Overall "A Student Council is representative structure for students only, through which they can become involved in the affairs of the school, working in partnership with school management, staff and parents for the benefit of the school and its students."
